Collection: Equipment Warranty Terms

CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. Decisions relating to warranty claims are made solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.

The customer NOT CPAP EquipSource is responsible for shipping the machine to the manufactures authorized warranty repair center. Please complete the warranty registration card if one comes with your machine (not cpap or  bipap units).

Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of parts from the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties do not protect against misuse or water damage.
