Maximize Run Times

The Pilot-Flex can power most CPAP machines for 1-2 nights between charges. For extended use, multiple Pilot-Flex batteries can be connected to increase run times. Keep in mind that using a heated humidifier or heated tubing will significantly reduce the battery’s run time and may affect CPAP functionality.

To maximize run times:

• Disable heated humidifiers and heated tubing when using the battery pack.
• Use humidifiers in passover (non-heated) mode.
• Activate ECO, Power Saver, or Airplane Mode if available on your CPAP machine.
• Reduce air leaks and disable comfort features like C-Flex, A-Flex, or EPR.

Usage Information

Be sure to read the instructions provided with your Pilot-Flex battery before use. Fully charge the battery before storage, and recharge it at least once every six months to maintain its performance. Failure to do so may limit future charging capacity or damage the battery.
